A Boundary Survey is a way to clearly mark the edges of a piece of land, including the size and shape, according to its legal description. These surveys are helpful when buying, splitting, making improvements, or building on the land.

A Topographic Survey is a map that shows the height, depth, size, and location of things like hills, valleys, buildings, or trees on a piece of land. People use these maps to help with building plans and making sure water flows correctly.

A FEMA Elevation Certificate is a document identifying a building's elevation and other characteristics relative to the Base Flood Elevation (BFE). It's usually needed to get flood insurance or to satisfy permitting requirements.

Construction Layout is a process used in building projects to mark where things will go, like walls, roads, or parts of a new structure. Surveyors use stakes to mark specific spots on the ground, based on plans given by the builder.

An ALTA/NSPS Survey is used to show detailed information about the land and buildings on it. These surveys follow strict guidelines to make sure they comply with specific standards for accuracy and substance. The survey can include different details based on the client's needs.

As-Built or Record Surveys show what was actually built on a construction site, so it may be compare to the original plans. These surveys are usually done to meet local rules for commercial construction projects where civil engineering plans were used.

Mean High Water or Tidal Water Surveys are used to determine where the land ends and the water begins along a shoreline that is affected by tides. These surveys are often needed when people are buying land or getting permission to build things near the water - like shoreline barriers, seawalls, or docks.

A Sketch and Description Survey is a drawing and explanation that shows where a piece of land is located. It's usually made when land is being sold or when an easement is being dedicated on the property.

Lot Corner Flagging is a service that helps find and mark the corners of a property using a previously prepared survey. This service if for clients who want to locate the corners shown on their existing survey. It does not include creating a new survey or giving an opinion on the boundaries. If any of the corners are missing or can't be found, the client can request a new survey to be prepared.
